Overview
Interested in shaping Jojo before launch? We’re inviting a small group to try Jojo at home — free of charge — and share real-world feedback that guides our first release. Space is limited, and not all applicants will be selected. If your application aligns with our criteria, we’ll reach out to schedule a short virtual interview!
Kindly note these requirements for participation:
- Age: Tester must be 65 years of age or older
- Wifi: Home must have Wifi
- Location: Home must be located within 30 minutes of Palo Alto, CA
What to Expect
- Screening Interview. All potential testers will be scheduled for a 10-minute Zoom chat with a member of our team. This is an opportunity for us to ensure the pilot experience is a fit for you and for us.
- Schedule Set Up Time. If selected, a member of our team will hand-deliver a Jojo to your home at a date & time that works for you. They will observe you set up Jojo and answer any questions you have.
- 3 week trial. The tester is expected to engage with Jojo both conversationally and with cognitive quizzes during the trial period.
- Pick up & wrap-up interview. At the conclusion of the trial, we’ll return to your home to pick up your Jojo and conduct a debrief interview to understand your experience and hear your feedback. You’ll also receive your thank you Visa gift card at this time 🙂
- Absolutely Private. All tester feedback and data are handled confidentially and used solely to improve Jojo’s performance. Following the trial, any personal tester data will be deleted.
- Thank-you discount. If you love — and miss — Jojo, you’ll be on the list to get a significant discount to keep one when it becomes available!
